Allan MacNeill - Associate Professor, History, Politics and International Relations
Allan MacNeill has an MS in Labor Studies and a PhD in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has been teaching at Webster since 1994 in the Department of History, Politics and International Relations, and has contributed to other departments and programs, including Women's Studies and International Studies. In 1999 he received the university's Messing Award, a research grant that allowed him to travel to the Netherlands where he studied Dutch environmental policy. As an undergraduate, Allan's interest in environmental issues was sparked by the nuclear accident at Three Mile Island, which occurred 25 miles from his college and caused the entire campus to be evacuated.
