As we continue to work for global academic and operational excellence, it is important to step back and look at the “big picture,” to see where we have been and where we need to be. Our theme this year focuses on building strategies for long-term success, as we Reach Out to our colleagues and mentors for vision and inspiration and then Reach Up, stretching for those goals that we have set for ourselves and for our University.

This year we include our community relations coordinators, who will have a chance to learn best practices and strategize together on how best to tell the Webster story in their communities. The streamlined agenda also allows for more time for individual and small group interaction and collaboration.

The tentative Summit Agenda below provides an outline of the conference. Details will be added as they become available, so check back often for updated information.
