Check Run Schedule

The accounts payable office currently runs checks every Monday and Thursday.  Accounts payable will run checks on Monday and mail on Tuesday, all requests that were received by accounts payable on the preceding Thursday by 4:00 pm.  Accounts payable will run checks on Thursday and mail on Friday, all requests that were received by accounts payable on the preceding Wednesday by 4:00 pm.  During holiday weeks, or inclement weather, the check run schedule may be changed.  The University community will be notified in advance when the schedule is changed.
