U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy
Webster University�s cooperative degree program with the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA) provides pre-approved graduate transfer credit for USASMA resident and non-resident graduates of Class 58 (May 2008 graduation) and earlier to the following degree programs:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- MA in Human Resources Development (HRDV)
- MA in Management and Leadership (MNGT)
Transfer credits from the USASMA cooperative degree Class 58 (May 2008 graduation) and earlier is limited to 6-9 credits depending on the degree selected. Transfer credits can not be applied to other degree programs.
Note: Transfer credits to the MBA degree program have been adjusted to reflect the degree requirements change to 30 SH of required credits and 6 SH of elective credits effective the 2012-2013 academic year.
Eligibility Requirements
- Completion of the USASMA program as a resident or non-resident student.
- Application and admission to one of the Webster University graduate programs listed above following prescribed admission procedures.
Documentation
- Submission of an Academic Evaluation Report (DA Form 1059) showing completion of USASMA as "Achieved Course Standards" or "Exceeded Course Standards."
- Submission of an official transcript showing completion of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited academic institution.

Pre-approved course substitutions: The following courses from USASMA program are pre-approved course substitutions. Webster University courses do not substitute to the USASMA program.
