New Student Orientation Weekend Events

The weekend before classes begin in August, all new students and their families are welcomed to the Webster campus with a weekend long orientation program. The following two events are held for parents only.

Educational Session for Freshmen Parents

Various authors have come to campus to speak to parents about how life changes for parents and students now that college is part of their lives.

Reception with the President

Freshmen parents have the opportunity to meet with President Beth Stroble, other administrators and fellow parents.

Parents Weekend in conjunction with Homecoming Weekend

Usually held the last weekend of September, this weekend gives parents an opportunity to see what college life is like for their student as well as to have some fun.  Events include receptions, jazz concerts, a carnival and many opportunities to meet some Webster alumni.

Spring Event

Held annually during the spring semester to highlight various departments on campus that include dance, theater, athletics, etc.
