Dr. John Robinson received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff, his M.A. in Marketing from Webster University and his Ph.D in Management from Webster University. Dr. Robinson's areas of teaching includes human resource management, and policy and strategic planning. His primary research interest is concerned with the strategic management process in not-for-profit organizations and smaller business enterprises.
