"If BP still exists they will be much weaker," says Christopher Kummer, professor of management at the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology at Webster's Vienna campus.

Kummer who teaches strategy, international business, M&A and finance-related courses, is often sought out by the international media for his insight into business.

He made the statement today to Francine Lacqua on Bloomberg's "Countdown" when asked about Middle East investment and the outlook for BP Plc.
