Dr. Akande: Economy Hopeful or Continued Downward Spiral?

Ben Bernanke, Chairman of the Federal Reserve, recently offered a very hopeful look at the economy. His outlook is more positive when compared to many other economists. Barnanke believes the unemployment rate will peak at the end of the year. Others say unemployment will continue to rise until next summer. Dr. Benjamin Akande shared his views.
