What's a Track?

A "Track" is a subject area related to a specific degree, which provides the student with a greater knowledge breadth or depth of the subject area. It consists of a specified number of courses meant to enhance understanding within a defined area related to the student's degree program.

International Coursework

Students will take 12 credit hours of course work selected from approved courses categorized as International Business Operations and International World-View. Students must take at least one course from each category.

Who Should Enroll?

The MBA - Global Track is open to all current and new Webster University MBA students interested in furthering their understanding and experience of global business issues. The MBA - Global Track is available at Webster campuses or online.

International Experience

A critical aspect of the MBA - Global Track is for students to actually have an international experience. Students can do this in one of two ways:

Global Hybrid Courses designed for working professionals with a one week international trip combined with six weeks of online coursework. Courses travel to a variety of locations around the world. Schedule and course details can be found online at www.webster.edu/walkeraward.

Study Abroad at a Webster international campus with the approval of an academic advisor. Take graduate coursework with local professionals and experience living and learning in an international environment.

Walker Travel Award

The Walker Travel Award was designed to support Webster's international mission to graduate the next generation of global citizens. Qualified Walker School of Business students in all programs may receive up to $1,000 towards Walker Global Hybrid Course travel expenses.
