Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership

The George Herbert Walker School of Business " Technology at Webster University is pleased to announce the new Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership. The new MA in Nonprofit Leadership fulfills the need to provide "business-focused" knowledge to current and future nonprofit leaders by addressing issues facing nonprofits in today's evolving business environment.

Leading today's nonprofit organization requires a unique blend of "heart" and business. Often this blend results in conflict-how to meet the increasing demand to deliver the mission with limited or depleting resources. Leaders of nonprofit organization must know how to blend business with mission, providing managerial and fiscal leadership along with delivery of mission.

Combine Theory and Practice

Whether seeking a career, advancing your career or starting a nonprofit, the MA in Nonprofit Leadership provides the knowledge and tools necessary to lead in the dynamic field of nonprofits. Offering a unique, business-focused approach, students are prepared to fulfill the nonprofit mission while creating and maintaining a financially sustainable organizational structure. What you learn in class at night can be implemented at work the next day.
