Webster University is collaborating with the Regional Business Council (RBC) to establish a book of business and technology student résumés that RBC members will have access to when looking for new hires.

RBC is a consortium of CEOs of St. Louis-area mid cap companies (those with $1-$5 billion in capitalization), The RCB and Webster University are working to create a stronger, healthier St. Louis region through business, civic and philanthropic initiatives as well as by encouraging the best and brightest college graduates to stay in St. Louis. Knowing that some of the most desirable jobs seldom get listed publicly–because it's often a matter of being in right place at the right time or knowing the right person–this innovative "résumé bank" will allow graduates to post their own résumés in a common location where more and more companies will peruse before officially posting jobs. To learn more about the the RBC, visit http://www.stlrbc.org.

How to post your résumé:

•  Contact Webster University Career Services at (314)-968-6982 to establish an eRecruiting account.

•  Once you have obtained your username and password, log in to the eRecruiting Web site, complete your registration information and upload your résumé.

•  Send an email to Career Services at careercn@webster.edu, explaining that you have registered, uploaded it and wish to include your résumé in the RBC Résumé Book. Career Services will then review your résumé and include it in the RBC Résumé Book once it has been approved. Your résumé will remain in the RBC Résumé Book unless you inactivate your eRecruiting account.
