If you are having technical problems, or require immediate assistance with something, you should contact the Webster University Help Desk:

Each College and School has an Instructional Support Specialist who can assist faculty with their efforts to use technology with their courses. The Instructional Support Specialists can answer questions as you prepare to use WorldClassRoom to Web Enhance your class, particularly as it might relate to incorporating other technology in Webster classrooms or labs:
