    GSS 5000 Graduate Success Studies (3)

    GSS 5000 is a 9-week online writing course for graduate students. Students will work on their skills as graduate students, including recognizing plagiarism, working with sources, and improving overall writing skills. In this online course, the student will learn the writing, critical reading, and research skills required for success in graduate coursework. The course includes a variety of writing assignments that will focus on style and formatting, while also addressing individual strategies for research and writing.

    GSS 5010 Developing Graduate Success Strategies (1)

    GSS 5010 is a 9-week online writing course for graduate students. This course offers students assistance in building their skills to acclimate them to rigors of graduate writing. Students work closely with instructors to improve their writing skills and practice the citation skills required for success in graduate coursework. The course includes a variety of writing assignments that will focus on critical thinking, style, and formatting, while also addressing individual strategies for research and writing. This course is one credit hour, does not count as an elective, and is available each term. Advisors can register students for this course.
