    Creating a Filter in Connections Mail

    IMPORTANT NOTE: The only situation where filtering would be applicable with Barracuda is if you have your options for Quarantine turned to off (No) and Spam Filtering turned to on (Yes)
    1. Logon to Connections
    2. Click on Mail
    3. Click on Options
    4. Click on Filters

      Email Options
    5. Click on Create Filter

      Filters
    6. Click on the drop down box by Subject and choose Contains
    7. Type in [SPAM]
    8. Next click on Choose Folder

      Create Edit Filter
    9. Choose the folder you would like these emails moved to, then click OK

      Create Edit Filter
    10. Click OK again to return to the filters page
    11. Click Create Filter
    12. Click the drop down box by Subject and choose Contains
    13. Type in [QUAR]

      Create Edit Filter
    14. Next click Choose Folder
    15. Choose the folder you would like these emails moved to, then click OK

      Filters
    16. Click OK to return to your email
