    Logging on to IT Direct and/or Maintenance Direct

    1. Go to the Place a Work Order page.
    2. Click the appropriate link to enter either a technology request or a maintenance/facilities request.
    3. Enter your e-mail address that you used to register for your ITDirect/Maintenance Direct account.

      E-mail Log On
    4. Click Submit.
      Your information will be pre-filled, and the system will ask “Are you ____?”
    5. Click Yes.

      You will be presented with the work order submittal page, the IT Request Form.

    6. Enter your work order.

    You may request help with your technology problems in three ways

    Via Incident Report: Enter Incident Report

    When requesting help via email, incident report, or voicemail, please be sure to describe your issue as completely as possible, as this will help us better and more quickly assist you. Also, please provide complete and accurate contact information so that we may reach you for follow-up.
