CANCELLATION CHARGES
When you complete the housing application, you agree to the terms and conditions of the housing contract. If you choose to cancel your housing contract PRIOR to moving in to your assigned space, the following charges will apply. If you wish to cancel your housing contract AFTER you have moved in, you must fill out a Request for Termination Form. Please read the Request for Termination Form carefully for more information on charges and limitations associated with it.

Contract for Spring I 2013 Date of Cancellation Cancellation Charge Prior to or on November 16, 2012 NO CHARGE November 17 - December 1, 2012 Forfeit Security Deposit ($150) December 2 - December 16, 2012 Forfeit Security Deposit ($150) + $100 December 17 - December 23, 2012 Forfeit Security Deposit ($150) + $200 December 24, 2012 - January 7, 2013 Forfeit Security Deposit ($150) + $400 January 8 - January 13, 2013 Forfeit Security Deposit ($150) + $600 On or after January 14, 2013 (also see dates for allowed termination) Charged housing costs for the entire term
