    U.S. Army Engineer School Captains Career Course

    (Agreement last updated March 2008)

    Webster University’s cooperative degree program with the U.S. Army Engineer School Captains Career Course (ECCC) and US Army Engineer School Captains Career Course Reserve Component (ECCC/RC) provides pre-approved graduate transfer credit for ECCC and ECCC/RC graduates to the following degree programs: 

    Transfer credit is limited to 9–15 credits depending on the degree program selected, the class dates and whether the class was for regular Army (resident) or Reserve Component (U.S Army Reserve or National Guard).  Specifically, transfer credit applies to all ECCC classes but only ECCC/RC classes completed 10/27/07 and later.

    Eligibility Requirements

    1.  Completion of US Army Engineer Captains Career course as follows:

    Class Applies to: Degree Programs
    All Regular Army Course (resident) MBA
    MPA
    MNGT
    01-08 (graduated 10/27/07) and later Reserve Component MBA
    MPA
    MNGT

    2.  Application and admission to one of the Webster University graduate programs listed above following prescribed admission procedures.

    Documentation

    1.  Submission of DA Form 1059 for resident ECCC program.  For ECCC/RC the DA Form 1059 must also be submitted and must show successful completion of all five program phases (CCC Common Core, Army Engineer Organization and Operations, Combat Engineering Management, General Engineering, and Construction Capstone/Combined Exercise).  All DA Form 1059s must reflect completion of ECCC or ECCC/CR program as “Achieved Course Standards” or “Exceeded Course Standards.”

    2.  Submission of an official transcript showing completion of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited academic institution.

    Pre-approved Course Substitutions:  The following courses from the ECCC or ECCC/RC are pre-approved course substitutions.  Webster University courses do not substitute for ECCC or ECCC/RC courses.
