Requesting a transcript from Webster University

Transcripts from Webster are free for students and alumni whose accounts are not overdue.  The registrar can be contacted by telephone at 800-987-3447, or you can print the "request form" and fax it to 314-968-7112.  If you need the transcript to have a particular grade or degree on it, you can check the box that says "wait until ..."

Requesting your other college's transcript sent to Webster Louisville

Admission to Webster University's Graduate program requires a transcript that states you have a BS or BA and a date of conferral.  If you wish to transfer other graduate course work as electives, or substitute an outside course as a core course, we of course would need those transcripts as well.

Most colleges will have their own transcript request system, but, in case you cannot locate that procedure, use the following form. Just mail the form to your former institution.
