A safe community is where freedom can be practiced without fear .

Webster University believes that it has an obligation to provide its students, staff, and faculty with a safe and healthy environment.  Campus security is accomplished through on-campus and local police department support.

As an accredited non-profit University in Kentucky, Webster provides data about incidents on campus and in the immediate neighborhood through two reports - the annual Clery Report is a federal mandate about campus crime and the Michael Minger Act Report is a state-based program concerning a variety of campus safety issues.

For those who are concerned about campus safety issues, we strongly recommend that you review our annual reporting of these documents. In addition, a daily incident log is maintained on campus at the entry station and is available for review.

If you are aware of any incidents or situations that may lead to a crime or safety issue, you are encouraged to contact us at 502-896-1835, the entry station, or by e-mail at louisville@webster.edu
