Military Tuition
Active duty soldiers, National Guard, and Reserve soldiers can attend a Webster University Kentucky campus at a reduced military rate. In addition to reduced rates, military professional education often transfers college credits - from 6 to 15 hours of graduate credit. This can significantly reduce the cost of obtaining your graduate degree.

Payment Options
Each individual is responsible for ensuring that University tuition and fees are paid in a timely manner. Delayed payments can result in a block on taking courses, involuntary drops from current courses, freezing of academic accounts, and other activities.
Students are provided with several options for paying tuition costs. Payment options include:
- Financial aid - requires federal and Webster forms to be filed
- Direct billing to a third party (i.e., employer or military) - letter from employer
- Employer reimbursement - requires employer reimbursement form
- Deferred payment plan - talk to our office staff on how to do this
- Payment in full - Check (to St. Louis - Webster University - SA, P.O. Box 953789, St. Louis, MO 63195-3789) or Credit Card (online). Credit cards include a 2.75% card payment fee. You can pay by electronic check through the Bursor's CASHNet which is accessible through your "Connections" account. There is no additional fee for CASHNet.

The University reserves the right to refuse deferred payment privileges on any student whose account is overdue or has been overdue in the past. Students are financially responsible for all courses not officially dropped by the printed deadline.
