Sustaining Base Leadership and Management Program

(Agreement last updated March 12, 2003)

Webster University’s cooperative degree program with the U.S. Army Management Staff College (AMSC) provides pre-approved graduate transfer credit for Sustaining Base Leadership and Management Program (SBLM) graduates to pursue a master’s degree with Webster University through shared academic credit.

Transfer credit can be applied to the above degrees and is limited to 9-15 credit hours depending on the degree program selected. For other MA degree programs in the School of Business and Technology SBLM coursework will be used as electives not to exceed the elective credit hours required for the degree program.

    Eligibility Requirements
    1. Completion of SBLM resident program July 1987 to present or the non-resident program January 1992 to present.
    2. Application and admission to one of the Webster University graduate programs listed above following prescribed admission procedures.
    Documentation
    1. Submission of an Academic Evaluation Report (DA Form 1059) that reflects completion of SBLM as “Achieved Course Standards” or “Exceeded Course Standards.”
    2. Submission of an official transcript showing completion of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited academic institution.
    Transfer Credit Awarded

Pre-approved Course Substitutions: The following courses from the SBLM are pre-approved course substitutions to the degree programs listed previously. Webster University courses do not substitute to the SBLM program.
