Webster University hosts Cornell Glee Club
Webster University hosts the Cornell University Glee Club on Wed., Jan. 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Music School of Webster University's concert hall, 535 Garden Ave. This group is the country's oldest American university glee club. The concert will feature selections relating to their theme of "conflict and reconciliation." They will be singing pieces from the repertoire such as "Last Letter Home," by Lee Holby and this year's commissioned piece, "Sonnet 73," by Shulamit Ran.
Parking: Available in the Garden Avenue Parking Garage.
Cost:
Tickets are $15 at the door, cash or check. Students and children pay $5.
