    Pianist Daniel Schene in a Faculty Recital at Webster University

    What/Who: Webster University presents pianist Daniel Schene in a faculty recital. Daniel Schene, director of keyboard studies at Webster  University, has performed as a recitalist, concert soloist and  chamber musician around the world. He is a frequent guest artist with  the Saint Louis Symphony’s Chamber Music St. Louis Concerts and the  Prelude series at Powell Symphony Hall. Schene records for CRI Records.

    The program:
    Beethoven: Sonata pathetique, Op. 13
    Chopin: Nocturne Op. 27 No. 1 and Barcarolle, Op. 60
    Brahms: Phantasien, Op. 116

    When: Sunday, Oct. 5, 2008, 4 p.m.

    Where: Winifred Moore Auditorium, Webster Hall, 470 E. Lockwood Ave.
