The Great Recession has changed the employment outlook in the United States forever. This new employment environment will be the topic of “Employment in a Changed Economy,” a special HR panel discussion hosted by the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology at Webster University. Panelists include some of the area’s top HR executives.

BACKGROUND:
Dr. Benjamin Ola. Akande, dean of the George Herbert Walker School of Business and Technology, will facilitate the panel discussion. Topics to be covered include what job searchers and employers can expect now that the tide has turned and we’re all navigating a different course. Program participants include Brian Ashworth, principal, Edward Jones; Ann Marr, vice president-human resources, World Wide Technology Inc.; Lyn Oppelt, senior vice president-talent development, Fleishman-Hillard; and Kevin Pallardy, managing partner, SSP-OI Partners.
