Student Jazz Combos Concerts at Webster University

Webster University student jazz combos perform in a concert featuring selections of classic jazz. The jazz combos are comprised of three to eight students majoring in jazz studies, directed by a faculty member or graduate teaching assistant. The students perform a wide range of music from composers such as Coltrane, Corea, Davis, Ellington, Liebman, Mingus, Parker, Shorter and Silver. Paul DeMarinis, Willem von Hombracht and Chris Bragg direct the combos.
