    The Music of Duke Ellington presented by the Webster University Jazz Faculty

    What/Who:

    The first Webster University Jazz Faculty concert of the year will feature lesser known repertoire of Duke Ellington. Among the Ellington selections to be performed will be "The Feeling of Jazz," "Daydream," "All Too Soon," "I Didn't Know About You," "Star Crossed Lovers," "Isfahan," "Azure," "Drop Me Off in Harlem," and "Love You Madly."

    The Webster University faculty ensemble will be composed of Debby Lennon, vocals; Paul DeMarinis, tenor saxophone; Steve Schenkel, guitar; Kim Portnoy, piano; Willem von Hombracht, bass and Kevin Gianino, drums.

    When:
    Monday, August 30, 2010, 7 p.m

    Where:
    Winifred Moore Auditorium, Webster University, 470 E. Lockwood Ave.

    Cost:
    $5 at the door.
