    "John Lennon Remembered" Concert at Webster University

    What/Who:

    The "John Lennon Remembered" concert is being held on the evening before the 30th anniversary of Mr. Lennon's death, which took place on December 8, 1980. The concert will showcase music from both his Beatles and post-Beatles career and will include: Strawberry Fields Forever, Across the Universe, In My Life, Imagine, It's Only Love, Come Together, Julia, I'm So Tired, Every Little Thing, Girl, Ticket To Ride, I'm a Loser, Help and You're Gonna Lose That Girl.

    Performers will be Peter Ayres, vocals; Kiersten Rose, vocals; Steve Schenkel, guitar; Steve Johnston, guitar and vocals; Kim Portnoy, piano; Ric Vice, bass and Kevin Gianino, drums

    Please park in the visitors section of the Parking Garage, located at 568 Garden Ave.

    When:           

    Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010, 7 p.m.

    Where: 

    Concert Hall, Community Music School of Webster University

    535 Garden Ave.

    $3 at the door.
