Joseph McKee III, president and chief executive officer of Paric Corp., will visit Webster University to kick off the School of Business and Technology’s 2008-2009 “Success to Significance Speaker Series.” McKee’s presentation, “How to Get and Keep a Job,” will focus on the importance of selecting a career one feels passionate about, advice for landing a position, and general business tips.

BACKGROUND: As president and CEO of Paric, a construction management, general contracting and design/build firm based in O’Fallon, Mo., Joe McKee guides all aspects of Paric’s operations, including strategic planning, customer relations, project monitoring and team building. Since purchasing the firm in 2002 from his father and Paric founder Paul Joseph McKee Jr., he has led the organization to record revenues and has also made a name for himself in the construction industry. McKee has a passion for quality, efficiency and accountability, and instills it in every project and Paric employee.
