BFA Graduate Honored at Local Art Show
Mandie Steiling, a May 2008 Webster cum laude graduate with a BFA in art, was one of five selected student artists for FASTX2 at White Flag Projects, which is the gallery's second annual juried BFA/MFA exhibition. Steiling is the only BFA student chosen. The jurors received 110 submissions from nine area colleges and universities.
Other students selected were:

-Jake Cruzen (MFA, Washington University)
-Brain DePauli (MFA, Fontbonne University)
-Ian Weaver (MFA, Washington University)
Opening reception is Saturday, May 17, 2008, from 7 to 10 p.m.
The exhibition continues through June 21, 2008.

-Charlotte Eyerman, curator of Modern and Contemporary Art, St. Louis Art Museum

-Kim Humphries, artist and director of Installations and Collections Management, Laumeier Sculpture Park
