Webster University’s New Music Ensemble Performs
What/Who: The Webster University New Music Ensemble, under the direction of Duane Bridges, is a group that focuses on performing music of the 20th and 21st centuries. It is comprised of an eclectic group of student composers and instrumentalists who play a variety of instruments and engage in collaborative music making.
On the program is a large-scale work with movements written by student composers David Bauer, Adam Bock, Jake Bremler, Ryan Carpenter, Joel Dunlap, Garrett Lacy, Colton Lytle and Gregory Sabo.
When: Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, 7 p.m.
Where: Community Music School of Webster University, Room 11, 535 Garden Ave.
Cost: $3 at the door.
