If you are experiencing technical difficulties with WorldClassRoom (Blackboard), including login problems or difficulties using the course tools, please contact the Webster University Help Desk or by phone at 314-968-5995 or toll-free at 866-435-7270. You may also visit the Help Desk web site, or submit a help ticket for further assistance.

If you wish to learn more about how to navigate your course or use the course tools and are currently enrolled in or teaching an online course, visit the Help Center. This is built into your course and accessible from the Course Tools menu on the left of your screen. The Help Center contains step-by-step tutorials and detailed information for students, faculty and guests.
