    Webster University 2015 Stretch Goals

    • Webster's endowment fund will grow to $100 million (current $83.8 million).

    • The incoming first time undergraduate class (freshmen and transfers) will grow to 1,000 students (current 916).

    • We will maintain and solidify the size of our current graduate enrollment, while increasing residential undergraduate numbers to 1,000 (current 725).

    • We will increase retention (82%) and graduation rates (66%) (current 80% and 65%).

    • The annual budget will grow to $250 million while maintaining a 5.5% operating margin (current projected revenue: $215 million).

    • A new interdisciplinary science building (Browning Hall) will be constructed on the Webster Groves campus.

    • The Vienna campus will be housed in a new location.

    • Webster University will have a robust presence in the southern hemisphere as evidenced by faculty and student exchanges and onsite degree programs.

    • Webster will be ranked in the top 25 in our institutional category by U.S. News and World Report.

    • The university will conclude implementation of the compensation study for full-time and adjunct faculty and staff.

    • Webster Groves Undergraduate Alumni giving will increase to 10% (current 4%).

    • A new academic unit will be created to house new market responsive programs.

    • All undergraduate and graduate degree programs will reflect global content and outcomes.
