VA Documents

To certify your benefits the Certifying Officials will need the following documents:

VA Certificate of Eligibility
o If you have not received your certificate, yet, provide a copy of the
VA Form 22-1990 or 22-1990E that shows you applied for your benefits.
DD-214 (if you are separated or retired from the military)
Copies of all undergraduate and graduate transcripts

o Fill out the VA Form 22-1990
To transfer benefits to a dependent.
o Dependents fill out the VA Form 22-1990E
