All students requiring Base Entry passes must notify the Webster Office no later than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the term. Students need to obtain their Base entry passes at the Visitor's Center located at the Shiloh Gate.

Graduate Program Information
Degree completion can range from 15 to 30 months, and requires 36 credit hours of completed coursework, or twelve 3-credit hour classes.
Scott offers five 9-week terms, Spring I and II, Summer, Fall I and II. Students attend classes at the Scott facility one evening per week, 5:30-9:30 pm. and have the option of enrolling in one (half-time) or two (full-time) courses each term. All classes are held at Scott’s Education and Training facility, located in Building 1650.
Webster’s Scott faculty members are working professionals who bring both academic expertise and practical knowledge and experience to the classroom. Curriculum focuses upon reality based situations and case studies which allow students to immediately apply newly acquired skill and knowledge to their own workplace environments. Classroom size is carefully maintained to insure that students receive individualized attention and mentorship during their course of study.
Graduates of any regionally accredited four-year college or university are eligible to apply for admission. There are no graduate entrance examination requirements. Students must maintain the minimum grade point average of “B” (3.0) in order to continue their participation in the Webster program. See the Admissions section for more information.
Webster’s Scott AFB program strives to meet the needs of working professionals by providing affordable weekly evening classroom sessions in a centrally located facility which is easily accessible to most Metro-East residents. Base Entry Passes are available through Scott’s Shiloh Visitor’s Center. Students are required to notify the Webster office of their need for base entry passes upon registration for each term of enrollment.
