As of January 1, 2011 all payments for application fees & tuition must be made online or directly to the main campus. We appreciate your support to streamline Webster University financial services.

    Registration Is Now Open

You can register yourself online or come by the office and we'll assist you.

Students can register themselves online. You will need to make sure that you retain the Welcome Letter from main campus that has your Student ID and your Password. If you have forgotten or misplaced your password you can get another by going to www.webster.edu/academics/registration.shtml. Registration online is a first come first serve basis. Once the class is full you may not be allowed in the class. If you discover there is a hold on your record such as no transcript on file, financial holds, or any other holds it may keep you from registering. These issues must be resolved by you.

Petition to Graduate and Graduation Fee

You should submit your Petition to Graduate and Course Evaluation at the start of your last term. Academic Affairs worked with our Enrollment Management and Business Office to automate and change the billing of graduation fees. A one time "graduation candidacy" fee ($50) will be placed on your student account automatically as you approach your last term. This replaces the former graduation fees that were collected or charged when the petition to graduate was processed.

    Course Attendance

The Webster University Graduate Studies Catalog page 27 states the following policy on course attendance: "The University reserves the right to drop students who do not attend class the first week of the term/semester. Students are expected to attend all class sessions of every course. In the case of unavoidable absence, the student must contact the instructor. The student is subject to appropriate academic penalty for incomplete or unacceptable makeup work, or for excessive or unexcused absences. Generally, a student who misses more than one four hour course period (per course) without a documented military or medical excuse and advanced permission from the instructor should be withdrawn from the class." Instructors are required to take attendance the first day of class. Any student not in attendance may be dropped unless the instructor was previously contacted. Readmission to the class will be evaluated on an individual basis. Instructors are advised to contact the Shaw AFB office when a student misses more than one four hour course period as this may result in the office administratively withdrawing the student. The student will still be required to pay some if not all the tuition.
