Welcome to the Institutional Planning Committee (IPC). Listed below are the two files you will need to submit proposals.

*NOTE: Please make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Professional installed on your computer before attempting to fill out the IPC proposal.  If you don’t please put a work order in for the software.

The IPC Proposal Application PDF is utilized for all proposals. It has an electronic submission button that sends the proposal directly to the IPC. Should your proposal require a detailed financial summary please fill out the Excel File “IPC 3-Year Budget Summary”. The directions are listed in the workbook.

New for FY 11 is the “Spending Request Form”.  Please utilize this form to send your spending requests in to your Vice President’s Office.
