Ted F. Hoef is the Dean of Student Affairs. Ted supervises all of the student affairs units, including athletics and recreation, campus ministries, career services and student employment, counseling, campus dining service, health services, multicultural center and international student affairs, student leadership development, residential life and housing, the University Center and student activities, and the Webster Village Apartments He also works closely with student government and promotes student advocacy in campus policy decisions.

Colette Cummings is the Associate Dean of Students. She serves as the campus judicial officer and is responsible for coordinating the New Student Orientation. Colette also supervises two departments: the University Center and Student Activities.
