    Frequently Asked Questions | Connections Information | Training Videos

    Students access Academic Services using the following steps

    1. Go to http://connections.webster.edu

    2. Logon with your Connections username and password

    3. Locate the Student Academic Services channel on your "Student" tab

    4. Click on the appropriate link within the channel

    5. Enter your Connections username and password again for security purposes

    Faculty access Academic Services using the following steps

    1. Go to http://connections.webster.edu.

    2. Logon with your Connections username and password.

    3. Locate the Faculty/Staff Academic Services channel on your "Faculty" tab.

    4. Click on the appropriate link within the channel.

    5. Enter your Connections username and password again for security purposes.

    Staff members who need to access the Faculty/Advising & Grade Entry Application (a.k.a. Cars Web), click here.


    If you are a NEW student or faculty member and have never had a Connections account, you should have received a letter in the mail containing a temporary password. You will use this temporary password to set up your Connections account. For detailed instructions on setting up your Connections account for the first time, click here.

    If you have previously set up your Connections account but do not remember your password, you may reset it by going to http://connections.webster.edu and clicking "I've Forgotten My Username or Password".

    If you have previously set up your Connections account but have not logged in for 12 months or more, your account will be inactive. Please contact the Webster University Help Desk at 314-968-5995 or 866-435-7270 to have your account reactivated.
