from the desk of Monique Kottwitz, Director Hello.  My name is Monique Kottwitz and I am the Director of the Fairchild AFB Campus of Webster University.  I have been working for Webster U. for 3 ½ years and earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development.  I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Developmental Psychology from Eastern Washington University.    Sandy Sigl is our Department Assistant and takes care of all student services.  She is currently working on a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership with Webster University.  Sandy recently graduated from Park University with a Bachelor of Science in Management/Human Resources.
