Starting in 2006, Webster University is offering two new Master of Arts degree programs.  Business and Organizational Security Management: The complexities of modern society have combined to generate a variety of threats to business organizations, information networks, military installations, government operations, and individuals. The curriculum of the program is based primarily on the social sciences. The program is designed to give maximum exposure to security management skills and to provide flexibility for the specific needs of the individual student. The content of the business and organizational security management program complements and assists the student in preparation for the Certified Protection Professional Program. Professional Mental Health Counseling:  The counseling program is designed for preparing individuals for a career in professional mental health counseling or marriage and family counseling. The curriculum is designed to provide students with the necessary theory and skills for working with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of mental health settings. Depending on the specific Webster University campus, students have the option of either an emphasis in professional mental health counseling or an emphasis in marriage and family counseling. WebsterWorksWorldwide Webster Works Worldwide (WWW10) was a great success at Fairchild Air Force Base. Led by the faculty and staff, students and alumni from Webster University went to the base’s youth center to give back to their local community. While some raked the playground and organized the storage shed, others had a fun time interacting with the children. A couple of the students helped the children with their homework, read with them, played board games while most children were involved in a game of ultimate dodge ball. But no matter the activity was their children had a wonderful time, and the staff was grateful to have all of the help. Used Books Resource Page!
