Webster University on Whiteman Air Force Base
In 1991, Webster University began offering graduate classes at the Education Center on Whiteman Students represent a variety of area employers, such as active duty and retired military, government employees and contractors, and civilian managers and executives from the surrounding communities.
In order to meet the students' needs, we offer Master's degrees in Computer Resources & Info., Management, Management, and Human Resources Development, and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA).
All classes are held on base in the weeknight and weekend format. Because we are located fifty miles east of Kansas City, we provide an excellent opportunity for rural students to obtain a Master's Degree without driving to Kansas City. Access to Whiteman AFB to attend class is permitted for students who do not have base privileges.
The Education Center provides our classroom needs and the Base Library is an excellent facility for graduate research. The base library is available for all students to use and is equipped with a computer system to access the Webster University Library Passport system which includes InfoTrac via the Internet. Also available is a ProQuest computer system which provides students access to a data base of reference materials.
