THE ST. PATRICK'S DAY IN DOGTOWN HISTORY
BEFORE THE ANNUAL PARADE OF THE ANCIENT ORDER OF HIBERNIANS

In Dogtown's past it was the custom for St. James Parish to put on plays at St. Patrick's Day and on other occasions. Below are just a few photos and programs from some of of these plays, 1939, 1940 and 1941.

A special thanks to Virginia Lopez for the loan of these photos and to Bill Hall for the program for the 1941 play.

There is also a program cover from the 1944 show loaned to me by Rose Kennedy.
