As warned over and over again... the CIA is busy killing innocents in Haiti
once again !!!!!!!!

“Twenty commandos arrived, led by Louis-Jodel Chamblain, a former Haitian
soldier who headed army death squads in 1987 and a militia known as the Front
for the Advancement and Progress of Haiti, or FRAPH, which killed and maimed
dozens of people between 1992 and 1994.
Guy Philippe, a former police chief who fled to the Dominican Republic after
being accused by the Haitian government of fomenting a coup in 2002, also
arrived in Gonaives to help the rebels prepare for an expected showdown with
the government. It was unclear when the volunteers arrived. Witnesses reached
by telephone said the men were working with rebels in Gonaives but were massing
in Saint-Michel de l'Atalaye, about 28 miles to the east.”

[1993] assassination of [Haitian Justice Minister] Guy Malary," Ratner's
written testimony to the City Council asserts. That document was a CIA report
which states that "FRAPH members Jodel Chamblain, Emmanuel Constant, and
Gabriel Douzable met with an unidentified military officer on the morning of 14
October to discuss plans to kill Malary." Ratner read the Haitian government's

Folks, two days ago on Haitiforever.com, commenting the suspiscious
"guarantees" that no coup was going to be endorsed by the U.S...., Iwrote:
If I were Aristide, these 'words' would be taken as warnings that Bush the
lesser prefers to remove him by the covert routes familiar to Rumsfeld, Noriega
et. al. rather than through overt action by the secretary of state. Or, as is
often the case, they may use both strategies at the same time. First make him
feel safe with words...then let Noriega and the CIA scare him, then send in
Powell to deliver the bad news...'sorry we tried but, you must go afterall'.
This foreign intervention specter is not recent news. Last year this same time,
a high level meeting was on its way in Canada to plan this overthrow....did it
require a year to reach implementation? What does the current bloodshed have to
do with the overall plan? What of the so-called American pastor (Mr. White)
caught unloading weapons to Gonaives? remember all that...?
No time to relax.....pray with both eyes open folks. Coups usually take place
over the week-end. !!!"

Then, came the Powell declaration which convinced me even more of the immenent
danger represented by the CIA gang...
Taking note of this important subtle message in Powell's declaration

And I actually watched the Canadian guy, Bill Graham, state quite loud and
clear that they would not reject an offer of voluntary resignation from
Aristide. (Which is of course what all this frenzy to define the word "coup"
very narrowly).

So, a lot a deception is going on here. It is Venezuela all over again.
President Aristide had better brace himself for more attacks from the so-called
'independant' rebels .... who somehow are well armed, have reinforcements
coming from the Dominican Republic and are still holding Gonaives population
under their control.
A little pressure here. A spectacular assassination there. A rampage in the
capital....and here comes the grat saviours from the north....forced to
intervene and wispering in the President's ears what is considered best for the
welfare of everyone involved...
This is diet coup d'état ! A new formula, made in America, tested in Haiti, now
applicable everywhere the populace makes the 'wrong choice'. Venezuela, Cote
d'Ivoire etc...
Haitians had better keep mobilizing....
