Dear Michelle,
I would love to go into detail with you as to what caused Mr A's downfall
but things are a little hot here in the <Red Zone>. If you think it was Mr
Noriega, you're either fooling yourself or you're trying to fool us. There are
a lot of trials and convictions going on in Miami right now and no one 
likes being harassed, killed, kidnapped or tortured by gangs or police. We 
all know where the gangs come from right? The Cannibal Army didn't start 
off as  being anti Lavalas did it? The police were formed in '94, '95 and 
'96 after  <the return>. We've got a lot of work ahead of us.
