Does anyone know the current reach of Radio Vision 2000, part of
Multi-Presse SA?

I understand that recently Radio Vision 2000 had plans to broadcast its
signal not only in the Port-au-Prince area but over five frequencies in the
provinces too. Four of these frequencies for satellite broadcasts
apparently are, or were going to be, licensed directly by Multi-Presse.
Then there was some kind of dispute about these licences. Anyone know what
happened?
