#1470: Immigration of African-American to Haiti under Boyer 1825: Benson comments

From: LeGrace Benson <legracebenson@clarityconnect.com>

The REv. Theodore Holly, once of Boston. later of Haiti, was active in
some of the several efforts to get Haitians (and US ) settled back in
Africa, especially in Liberia. This suggests that docuemnts in archives in
Boston; US State Department, Washington D.C.; the Protestant Episcopal
Church of the U.S., Episcopal church of Haiti all may have documents
relating to this project.
