POSITION ID: HR8011

POSITION TITLE: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director

LOCATION: Port-au-Prince, Haiti

COMPENSATION: $150,000 base per year + bonuses and relocation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Seeking qualified candidates who will assume the overall responsibility for
the day-to-day operation of a world-wide cellular operating company. The
CEO/Managing Director must have a significant degree of experience running a
service oriented business operation. Experience within the wireless industry
or technology related industries are preferred. The successful candidate
will
have had experience in early stage start up companies where attention to
detail and financial performance are critical.  Ability to speak the native
language is a big plus.  Must have P&L management and business operations
experience with any cellular telecommunications providers especially if this
experience is international.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibilities include full profit/loss and capital
expenditure
responsibility, expansion of the network and service offerings to comply
with
license and market requirements, recruitment and development of a management
team and a first class service organization, and the development of all
strategic and tactical plans. The position will report to the Board of
Directors.

POSITION ID: HR8021

POSITION TITLE: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Project Director

LOCATION: Port-au-Prince, Haiti

COMPENSATION: $130,000 base per year + bonuses and relocation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Seeking qualified candidates with a strong technical and engineering
background in GSM mobile telecommunications and proven management skills to
develop and implement the engineering system of a mobile telecommunications
network for an international company.  Requirements include a BSEE or
equivalent technical degree, at least 4 years of wireless telecommunications
experience, with a RF, or Network Development background, and a minimum of 2
years management experience of engineering and system development staff in a
major wireless telecommunications build-out. Must have strong project
experience in rolling out a cellular network.  Good switching and technical
knowledge is required.  Should be well rounded with senior level  RF
experience.  This position is for a minimum of 1 to 2 years with long term
potential. Ability to speak the native language is a big plus.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The CTO/Project Director will establish technical procedures, guidelines and
standards; establish and approve technical contracts, master agreements, and
other agreements with vendors and appropriate agents. The CTO will also
develop budgets, and review and approve all technical functions. In
addition,
the CTO has direct staff management responsibility for technical management
functions (Real Estate, Construction, Radio Frequency, Network, Operations,
and Administrative).

POSITION TITLE: Financial Controller (telecom)

LOCATION: Port-au-Prince, Haiti

COMPENSATION: $100,000 - $125,000 base per year + bonuses and relocation.

REQUIREMENTS:
A four year accounting degree (or equivalent), eight or more years directly
related experience, and CPA, CMA, Chartered Certified Accountant, or other
professional Accounting designation.  Ability to speak the native language
is
a huge plus.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking qualified candidates to provide overall financial leadership and
manage accounting operations; including accounts receivable, accounts
payable,
inventory, fixed assets, revenue assurance, etc. The Controller will plan,
organize, and direct the timely completion of the operating and capital
budgeting process. The Controller also manages local bank relationships and
works with shareholders to secure and service long-term financing
requirements.
