a1467: Haiti and its people (fwd)

From: Paulette Smith <psmith@emerald.tufts.edu>

Dear compatriots

A very serious student, friend of my son in Maine, is interested in
learning more about Haitian culture. I have sent her some pertinent
tidbits, including websites, but we discussed the possibility of
direct contact with people, and a wide range of points of view in
her study.

Would some of you be interested in giving her your particular input?
(see her message and questions below)

Your messages could be sent to the whole list and to be read by other
students,
(and thus also to open up the discussion as was suggested earlier :=),
or if you prefer, you could send to her directly.

Her name is Nina Henrikson at ninahenrikson@hotmail.com

Thank you for helping to spread better knowledge of our culture :=)
