Comments: This is the top portion of the 2002 NOAC 3 piece set. Included with the flap is a chevron (X10) and a CSP (X11). The F4a has TRS and features a BRN buffalo with wings (i.e., Buffalo Wings). 'NOAC 2002' is stitched in BLK. 'HO-DE-NO-SAU-NEE 159' is stitched in YEL. 'HO DE NO SAU NEE' is stitched in RED.
