Comments: The X8 is one of two delegate "dangle" patches given to participants at the 2000 NOAC. It was a restricted delegate patch given only 50 exist. This 100 x 100mm patch is unusually shaped with a red cut-edge border and a white button cord at the top. The background is a deep navy blue. In the center is a split scene with a half of a large gold fdl interlaced with geometric shapes on one side and an outdoor scene with a multicolored sky on the other. A white "cannonball" OA Indian is embedded in the sky. A gold longhouse exists at the bottom. Splitting the two images is a white bar with a yellow fdl, silver hand portraying the scout sign, and 'NE 5A' in dark green. 'UT', PEOPLE OF THE LONG HOUSE', and HO-DE-NO-SAU-NEE LODGE 159' are all stitched in gold. The '2000 NOAC' at the top is outlined in white with a dark blue and purple interior. The hidden WWW at the bottom is completely outlined  in white with a dark blue and purple interior. A white 'DELEGATE' is across the long house.
